LiveConscious Pro 45 is a potent probiotic and has a much higher cell count if compared with other similar probiotics available in the market. As it’s a medical-grade probiotic, so it has been developed to help specific conditions like IBS. L. Acidophilus & B. Lactis, two of the strains inside Live Conscious were studied for IBS.
During the first days, I could feel the cramps and pain in my stomach and assumed that these would go away on their own within a few days. I was proven wrong as the side effects remained strong for the first few weeks, and sometimes, I wanted to vomit after taking Pro 45 capsules due to the severe pain and digestive unease.
Side effects lessened to a certain degree after several weeks, but I could still feel the side effects, although they had reduced to a certain extent. So, for me, this was one of the most potent probiotic blends which I’ve ever used.
My Experience With LiveConscious Pro 45
LiveConscious Pro 45 helped me with my IBS, but it took quite long for the side effects to go away. I took a capsule each day before meals and continued with this for a month. Pills are relatively easy to swallow and other than side effects I didn’t have any issue with Pro 45. I specifically noticed benefits with a reduction in my diarrhea and also my abdominal pain was eased which could have been because of the Lactobacillus Acidophilus strain.
Final Thoughts
LiveConscious Pro 45 is an excellent probiotic, and it can’t be classified as a scam as the stuff is real and quite strong.
Unfortunately, it was too strong for me, and I discontinued it after one month due to the price and strong side effects.
I still believe it is an excellent probiotic for someone who is suffering from digestive ailments, although you must proceed with caution as it is far stronger than what I imagined and may not work for everyone.
The second issue was of the price at $34.99 per bottle, and it’s on the higher end if compared with other similar probiotics.
Several other good probiotics are available for 30%-50% less than the price of LiveConscious Pro 45.
Some of these probiotics are even more effective than Pro 45 and may help you save significantly in the long run.
At the current price, a dose costs around $1.2 per day, which is quite steep and not affordable for most users. So, after taking all the factors into account, I’d advise our readers to buy LiveConscious Pro 45 only if they can afford it.

This Probiotic is legit and is not a scam. They have a lot of good reviews on Amazon, and I had no significant issues with it.
Different strains have different benefits, so it's always best to read as many reviews as possible first.
