1MD Complete Probiotics Platinum is an excellent product based on a trial over one month. I took it once a day on an empty stomach, so a full bottle, and found that any stomach issues such as cramps or bloating completely disappeared.
I had also had bouts of bacterial vaginosis which went away completely. Another surprising welcome effect I had was weight loss during the time I took it. I think Biotrust Pro x10 might be better for weight loss though.
Complete Probiotics Platinum Side Effects
The reason that 1MD Complete Probiotics Platinum is as potent as it has proven is the high concentration of the bacteria it contains (51 billion CFUs).
This does mean that any probiotic side effects, should you be prone to them, will also hit harder.
I was a little apprehensive about the strength of the product, but I was lucky enough not to experience any side effects.
This could be somewhat related to my stomach, having been exposed to probiotics before. Those who have not tried probiotics before should proceed with caution: either start with a less potent probiotic or dose this one low.
I would suggest taking it once every two or even three days, as otherwise, new users will most likely experience initial side effects before reaping any benefits.
According to online customer reviews for complete probiotics platinum, possible side effects include an upset stomach, bloating and gas – the typical, expected side effects to probiotics, which should subside in two weeks.
There are more potential severe interactions with histamine intolerance or in the cases of people with a suppressed immune system, so I would advise checking with your doctor before taking this probiotic if you fall into those categories.

LiveConscious is dairy-free, while 1MD contains milk so I never recommend 1MD to vegan clients. LiveConscious is available on Amazon, while 1MD is only available on their website. I have had quite similar results with both of these probiotics which is down to the same strains used.
2. Bio Complete 3
I am big fan of Bio Complete 3 which is a supplement that contains a variety of ingredients to support gut health. However, there are some differences between 1MD and BC3.
Bio Complete 3 contains Bacillus coagulans, which is a soil-based probiotic, along with prebiotic fiber and tributyrin, a short-chain fatty acid. It is designed to improve digestion, reduce inflammation, and support immune function. I have found that tributyrin has worked really well with my clients gut health.
On the other hand, 1MD's Complete Probiotics Platinum contains a blend of 11 probiotic strains, including Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Lactobacillus plantarum, among others. It is formulated to promote healthy digestion, support immune function, and improve nutrient absorption.
3. BioTrust ProX10
BioTrust Pro X10 and 1MD are both probiotic supplements with strains that support gut and immune health. BioTrust Pro X10 has 6 strains, while 1MD has 11 strains, including Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium Lactis.
1MD has a higher dosage of 50 billion CFUs per serving, while BioTrust Pro X10 has 25 billion CFUs per serving. I often recommend lower CFU's to client's new to probiotics to limit initial side effects so BioTrust Pro X10 would be a better choice.
